Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, worn, applied, or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact Magic Press-On Nail as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, we may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Please carefully review your selected design, size, and order information before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes or selections made by the customer.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
